About this assembly
A Place of Prayer, Hope, Love and Transformation
Who We Are
Christ Apostolic Church, House of Prayer, Glasgow, is a Christ-centred church committed to worshipping God, proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, nurturing spiritual growth and demonstrating God’s love through practical service to our community. We are a welcoming church family where people from all walks of life can encounter God, find hope, experience fellowship and grow in faith.
Our Vision
Our vision is to raise a people who know God, live by His Word, walk in the power of prayer and reflect the love of Christ in their homes, the church and the wider community. We aspire to be a beacon of light, hope and transformation in Glasgow and beyond, reaching lives with the Gospel and making a lasting, positive difference.
Our Ministry Focus
Our ministry focuses on prayer and intercession, biblical teaching, evangelism, discipleship, family strengthening, youth and children’s development, and compassionate community outreach. We are committed to supporting individuals and families, caring for those in need, encouraging the vulnerable and creating an environment where everyone is valued, supported and given the opportunity to flourish.
Through worship, prayer, fellowship and practical acts of kindness, we seek to bring people closer to God, strengthen our community and demonstrate the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Our Heart
To know Christ, to make Him known, and to share His love with every life we touch.
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.”
Isaiah 60:1 (KJV)
